Though this is very common in the US, having a reliable source in India is quiet beneficial!
We live in the US and needed someone to inspect the apartment that we bought and used HomeInspeKtor services. Outstanding. They found defects which our friends and family visit to the apartment wouldn’t have uncovered which was what we were relying on initially. The report out are good and worked with the builder to correct them (and reinspect to get full closure). It took one inspection and two follow up reviews by HomeInspeKtor team to get everything closed. We are happy that we used their services. Would definitely recommend.
