My flat at SJR Palazza City was inspected by HomeInspeKtor team of 3 engineers. The inspection procedures was very exhaustive in details and well organised equipped with necessary tools. There were more than 100+ checks carried out right from structural issues, Plumbing, wood work, door and windows work, wall paintings, etc. which cannot be detected by common owners. It is better that every common owner should follow such professional inspection to get rid of snags corrected prior to registration. They finally submit a report with pictures of snag areas to produce to builders. Their charges is reasonable comparing to the work involvement. However, report areas need more improvement according to priority sections. I am thankful to HomeInspektor team for their assistance and support rendered.
