I got my apartment at DivyaSree ROW, Whitefield inspected by HomeInspeKtor team. Given that Home inspection is a fairly new concept in India, I didn’t know what to expect from this survey. Their inspection was thorough and conducted very professionally. Major and minor issues were reported and both, details and recommendations were provided to me within 2-3 days that explained the issue in detail, along with photo footage showing the issue and its location. For someone like me, who is not based in Bangalore and wanted to get the detailed inspection done quickly but efficiently, using their services is highly recommended. Even if I was in Bangalore and done the inspection myself multiple times, it would have been at best, very superficial compared to their work. Thanks !
