Once payment had been made, a visiting slot was given and a person scheduled to visit the apartment. The report was extremely detailed and covered all key areas including flooring, windows, leakages, water flow and electrical works. A traffic light system was adopted to provide me with – what, where the most important items that required remedial action. I am delighted to say that on account of their report the builder duly rectified all areas which required attention. I would also recommend their follow up report which examines the work undertaken to ensure it has been rectified properly.
