They identified issues which I couldn’t notice, after checking thoroughly myself!
HomeInspeKtor team is very professional and reached apartment well before inspection time. They identified more than 10 issues (visual issues) which I couldn’t notice after checking thoroughly myself. So, I highly recommend before taking possession on any new apartment. Only one negative which I could point out is the re-test policy; they charge 50% if they want to test again but again it was informed earlier so I was prepared and didn’t surprise. So make sure you have prerequisites ready and spend the money which is worth.
