This is the 3rd time I have used HomeInspeKtor as I had very pleasant experiences in the past, for my homes. I booked them towards the end of May this year and received a prompt response from Vivek (Owner/Founder). The inspection happened on 3rd June and it lasted a good 3 hrs.

They do an absolutely thorough job of inspecting all aspects of the apartment with some really high tech equipments. The flooring, walls, paint, cracks, electrical, plumbing and all other small minute parts of the house that you would never think of inspecting, get checked.

The report came in a couple of days and it was a 90-point inspection checklist. The report is amazing and is very easy to read. Vivek and Venu are very open to answering ANY questions you may have.
