While you do your core job of inspection fantastically, I believe Customer experience w.r.t reporting needs to be improved, For e.g. the tile defects could have been coordinated in X-Y reference, Album like defect-pic slide show in order as per report rather than clicking and opening each one by one so on and so forth. Overall a very nice experience dealing with professional executives from your organization who are open to listen.
