Given confidence to discuss with builder and luckily they have accepted most of the suggested changes!
Increased confidence on quality of my new flat. My flat is completed with tiles and first level of painting . As per Vivek suggestion, I took two visit inspection. One this stage and another on completion. They inspected very well and identified hallow tiles, cracks on tiles, problematic hinges etc., This given confidence to discuss with builder and luckily my builder also accepted most of the suggested changes. Thanks to the team. Hope next visit will also be great.
