First of all, I would like to say that the inspection services were not very expensive at all. When we consider the cost spent in purchasing a flat, this is a very small price to pay in order to ensure that the flat we are handed is free from as many defects as possible. The inspection was very thorough – we received an approximately 45 page report from HomeInspeKtor. There are pictures and detailed comments against items that needed rectification. I am confident that without their services, we would never have found out close to 80% of what they did. It covered every point conceivable – electrical, structural, architectural etc. The HomeInspeKtor team was extremely courteous, professional and always available to answer our queries. I would use them again without any hesitation.
