  • Our home inspectors are wearing masks at all times, while traveling to and from the inspections and more importantly during the inspections.  They also carry spare masks with them, to be offered to the customer or any representative of the builder, if needed.
  • All home inspection tools are being used only with gloves donned. So are any surfaces that are touched during the inspection.
  • Hand sanitizers are liberally used during the home inspection process.
  • Being a company that has always leveraged technology, our payment process and report exchange has always and continues to be 100% online only. We strongly discourage the use of paper (a way for the germs to spread) whether it be currency notes or printed out reports.
  • Our home inspectors are encouraged to take time off, if they need a break or if they start seeing any of the associated symptoms.
  • As a company, we’ve operated a virtual office at all times. Our non-inspector staff predominantly work from home and meet up in business centres only when the situation needs us to. Therefore, in the current scenario where other companies are being introduced to WFH, we are already at peak productivity.
